Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care, health, intimate or consumable products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (COD orders are refunded as store credit).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
